Is Atmos a medical app?

No. Atmos is a wellness app that shows you how your body is doing today using a weather metaphor. It doesn't diagnose diseases, recommend treatments, or replace your doctor. If you have health concerns, please talk to a medical professional.

What health data does Atmos use?

Atmos reads three things from your Apple Watch: your heart rate, your heart rate variability (how well your body recovers from stress), and your sleep. That's it — nothing else. And it only reads this data; it never changes or adds anything.

Does my health data get sent anywhere?

No. Your health data stays on your phone. Atmos doesn't connect to the internet at all — there's no server, no cloud, no analytics. The only thing shared with Kindred is a single word (like "sunny" or "stormy") and a readiness number. Your actual heart rate and sleep data never leave your device.

How do I delete all my data?

In Atmos: Open Settings → tap "Delete All Stored Data." This erases everything the app has saved.

In Kindred: Open Settings → Account → tap "Delete Account & Data." This permanently removes your account, your preferences, and your contact list.

How do I cancel LuminaEco Pro?

On iPhone: Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find LuminaEco Pro → tap Cancel.

On Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LuminaEco Pro → Cancel.

You can also tap "Manage" inside either app's Settings page. You'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get 14 days free. During the trial, you get full access to all LuminaEco Pro features in both Atmos and Kindred. If you cancel before the 14 days are up, you won't be charged anything. If you keep it, it automatically becomes $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime from your phone's subscription settings.

I subscribed in one app. Does it work in the other?

Yes. LuminaEco Pro is one subscription that works in both Atmos and Kindred. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) on both apps, the subscription unlocks in both automatically.

Can I use Kindred without Atmos?

Yes. Kindred works on its own, but it'll show "Waiting for Atmos..." since it doesn't have your body weather data. For the full experience — where Kindred automatically adjusts based on how you're feeling — you'll want both apps installed.

I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?

Open either app → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android), so it'll come back automatically as long as you're signed in with the same account.

What does "Stormy" mean?

It means your body is showing signs that it needs rest — maybe you didn't sleep well, your stress levels are high, or your heart rate recovery is low. It's not a medical diagnosis; it's just a gentle signal that today might be a good day to take it easy.
