This policy covers Atmos: Bio-Weather and Kindred: Private Circle, made by LuminaEco.
The short version:
Your health data never leaves your phone. We don't have servers. We don't run analytics. We can't see your data even if we wanted to. The apps are built so that sending your data somewhere isn't even possible.

Atmos reads three things from your smartwatch:
On iOS: Atmos reads this data via Apple HealthKit from your Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, or any app that writes to Apple Health. Access is read-only — Atmos never changes or adds anything to your health data.
On Android: Atmos reads this data via Android Health Connect from your Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, or any app that writes to Health Connect. Access is read-only — Atmos never modifies your health records. The same permissions apply: READ_HEART_RATE, READ_HEART_RATE_VARIABILITY, and READ_SLEEP.
On both platforms, everything is processed right on your phone to create your "body weather forecast." No health data is transmitted to any server.
Kindred's core feature is filtering your notifications based on your current body weather state. To do this, Kindred needs permission to see your incoming notifications.
What Kindred does NOT do with your notifications:

On iOS: Health data is stored on your device using Apple's FileProtection.complete encryption (the same kind that protects your banking apps). It can only be accessed when your phone is unlocked.
On Android: Health data is stored in the app's private storage area, encrypted at rest by Android's file-based encryption. Health Connect enforces its own encryption and access controls.
On both platforms, old data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Atmos tells Kindred one thing: your "weather state" — a simple word like "sunny" or "stormy" — plus a number from 0 to 100 showing your readiness level. That's it.
Your actual heart rate, sleep hours, and stress levels are never shared. The code that sends data between apps doesn't have fields for health numbers. We built it that way on purpose, and we have 15+ automated tests that check this every time we update the code.
If you subscribe to LuminaEco Pro, the payment is handled entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We never see your credit card number, billing address, or payment details. We check your subscription status on your device using the platform's built-in billing system (StoreKit on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android).
Atmos: Go to Settings → Delete All Stored Data. This removes everything.
Kindred: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your account, preferences, contacts, and all app data.
These apps are not designed for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know through an app update. The "Last updated" date at the top will change.
